Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $200K in Ocean Pines, MD.
You would be most fortunate if you could land Carol Proctor as your real estate professional agent! She's wonderful, always lightning responsive, keeps all the balls in the air all the while being very friendly, informative, knowledgeable and very helpful which goes without saying. Did not realize there were so many components on purchasing real estate today but Carol will seamlessly guide you through it all and you'll have great results.

Carol was awesome to work with during my entire home buying experience. She quickly responded to my emails and phone calls and was able obtain the answers to all of my many inquiries.
